SECURE YOUR DEVICES WITH MFA SECURITY
By setting up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), you add an extra layer of security to your Microsoft 365 account sign-in. Microsoft recommends using the Microsoft Authenticator App.
Download the FREE Microsoft Authenticator App.
Make sure it says Microsoft and not another 3rd party name.

After Dolphin Computers activates 2FA, the first time you log in to your email, you will be prompted to provide more information to keep your account secure.
Click Next.

Click Next
Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device and click the “+” sign in the top right corner.
Select Work or School account.
Select Scan QR Code on your mobile device.
On your phone scan the QR Code displayed on the computer screen and click next.
Your mobile device will prompt you to confirm the sign in attempt. Enter the number displayed on the computer screen into the Authenticator App and click Yes.
