UniFi Camera Account Setup
Create an account for UniFi Camera Access
Setting up a UniFi account will give you access to your Firewall Security Protect App. This will access the camera portion of your Firewall only.
Go to https://unifi.ui.com
Click on “Create one” to create a new account.
Fill out the form, agree to the terms and create your account.
An email will be sent to your email address, please click the link to verify your new account.
Log into your account, it will ask you to verify through 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) Choose either text message to your cell phone or email address.
Next open the App Store in your iPhone or Google Store on your android cell phone.
Search for UniFi Protect App
Make sure it is from UniFi not a 3rd party.

Contact Dolphin Computers and let us know that your account has been activated. We will then add that account to your Firewall Settings so you can gain access to your cameras.
Once we add you to the Firewall access you will see your site under Site Manager in your account, click on it and it will take you to your cameras.
