Shipping Rates and Policy
Dolphin Computers typically ships all custom firewalls within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
GENERAL
Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING COSTS
Ground Shipping is $19.99 flat rate within the continental 48 US States. We do not sell or ship outside the United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for an accurate shipping calculation before purchasing.
SECTION 2 – RETURNS
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. If you don’t like it within 10 days, we will take it back. Period. Please refer to warranty & returns for full details. The client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TERMS
3.1 TRANSIT TIME
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 7 days depending on location.
3.2 FULFILLMENT TIME
Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days of payment of order. We operate from Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
SECTION 4 – TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon fulfillment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
SECTION 5 –TAXES
We charge 6.5% sales tax for all Florida transactions. You may be required to pay local taxes depending on your state/county tax laws. Please check with your local tax office for details.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
